bridging clinical care and real life

Phoenix Transformative provides private concierge support for women and girls in Southern California navigating mental health, substance use, eating disorders, and complex life transitions.

We work collaboratively with psychiatrists, treatment teams, and families to extend clinical care into daily life—helping clients maintain structure, strengthen accountability, and navigate vulnerable transitions with greater stability and support.

Our role is not to replace treatment, but to reinforce it—offering hands-on, relationship-based care that helps bridge the space between appointments, levels of care, and real-world recovery.

jennique mason

Jennique graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 2007 and has spent more than 15 years in business and care management, building the operational foundation that now supports Phoenix Transformative. She is a TrustLine Certified Recovery Specialist and has been in recovery from eating disorders, alcohol, and substance use since 2013. Her personal recovery journey has deeply shaped the way she approaches this work and continues to inform the compassion, accountability, and structure she brings to every client relationship.

In 2017, Jennique became a Certified Nutrition Coach through the Metabolic Balance program, expanding her understanding of the connection between nutrition, physiology, and mental health. She later completed her Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) coursework through UCLA Extension and fulfilled her practicum at Bridges to Recovery in Beverly Hills, a residential mental health treatment center specializing in acute stabilization and discharge planning, in Summer 2025.

Jennique has been accepted to Pepperdine University and will begin her Master’s in Psychology January 2027 as part of her continued commitment to deepening her clinical education and strengthening the care she provides.

Jennique’s practice supports women and girls (13+) and their families navigating mental health, substance use, eating disorders, and complex life transitions. Her work is focused on helping clients and families through vulnerable treatment transitions, post-discharge stabilization, and the reintegration process that follows higher levels of care.

Jennique works collaboratively with therapists, psychiatrists, and treatment teams to help extend and reinforce clinical care in real-world settings—providing individualized, relationship-based support that helps clients maintain structure, build trust, and strengthen long-term recovery.

Jennique’s work integrates clinical collaboration with a holistic, functional approach, recognizing the role nutrition, hormones, exercise, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle factors can play in mental health and recovery outcomes.

Phoenix Transformative was built on the belief that healing is deeply individual. Jennique maintains a highly selective support model to ensure that every client receives focused, personalized care and the level of presence and attention meaningful transformation requires.

Our female care specialists are Certified Recovery Coaches and trained in First Aid CPR, and Mental Health First Aid.

Each client receives a purposefully structured, customized daily program designed to foster emotional stability, restore confidence, and evoke measurable progress.

A holistic approach to Care Management

O U R A P P R O A C H

We intentionally work with a very small number of women and girls in Los Angeles to provide the highest level of individualized service possible. Our goal is to mentor each client through her current challenges toward rediscovering her passions, purpose, and sense of self.

The first step is an in-depth interview and comprehensive intake process that allows us to understand each client’s unique story. From there, we craft a personalized care management plan with clearly defined short- and long-term goals. Our care model rests on a set of core pillars designed to restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.

N u t r i t i o n

Food is medicine. We believe that the right nutrition has the power to transform both physical and mental health at a cellular level. As part of our holistic care management program, clients receive personalized Metabolic Balance® coaching — a science-based approach that restores balance using each client’s individual blood values.

Balance is the foundation of healing. Rooted in centuries of Eastern medicine, acupuncture has been proven to relieve both emotional and physical distress. Because depression and chronic pain often coexist, we partner with experienced practitioners who treat both simultaneously — helping clients experience measurable relief and regulation.

The body knows how to heal itself. Classical homeopathy is a system of medicine which uses natural remedies to stimulate the body’s self-healing powers. Symptoms of ill health are seen as expressions of the healing process within the whole person, and that the whole person needs treatment, not just the isolated symptoms of a defined illness. The Chinese herbs used are extremely diluted and activated in such a way that there are no side effects.

When trauma is addressed, recovery becomes possible. Underneath addiction often lies unprocessed trauma. We coordinate evidence-based psychotherapy to address the mental and emotional roots of suffering. Depending on each client’s needs, treatment may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Strength restores stability. Movement helps the body process emotion, release stress, and rebuild a sense of safety from within. Regular physical activity is proven to reduce depression and anxiety while elevating serotonin, endorphin, and dopamine levels. We coordinate personal training and group fitness options such as yoga, Pilates, and spinning — all selected to match each client’s preferences and stage of healing.

Long-term recovery begins with belonging. Whether recovering from an acute mental-health crisis, substance use, or an eating disorder, we facilitate connection with a range of outpatient and community-based programs. Our 24/7 mental-health support specialists are trained in multiple recovery modalities and serve as trusted guides for clients committed to lasting abstinence and emotional freedom.
